Emergency Response Program (Uganda Covid 19 Relief)
The second phase of lockdown in Uganda came with many challenges which made many of our beneficiaries who are vulnerable to starve. It has been so difficult for acid and burns survivors to afford a meal of food and other basic items which forced Hope Care Rescue Mission (HOCRAM) to reach out to our Partner organization RISE USA for intervention. A go fund me fundraising was conducted where we managed to raise money to purchase food and other basic items for more than 60 survivors and this was a successful activity were we managed to give all the 60 survivors what to use during lockdown.
Special thanks to all those who donated to RISE go fund me fundraiser.
